Refund policy
At JFragrances, we care about customer satisfaction and always aim to deliver 100% original and quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns in the following cases:

If you received a damaged product

If you received a defective product

If you received a wrong item
Note:

Opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.

Testers and sample products once opened are non-returnable.

Change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or personal preference is not eligible for return.
2. Return Request Timeframe
Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
Any request made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

Unused and unopened
-
In original packaging
-
With original box, seal, and invoice
Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling will not be accepted.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.

Share your Order Number, full name, and delivery date.

Provide clear photos and/or video proof showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and inform you about approval or rejection.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Policy

If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged during delivery, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping charges.

If the return request is approved for any other valid reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (depending on your original payment method).

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Defective item
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used perfumes

Testers and sample packs

Products without original packaging

Items returned without approval

Items damaged after delivery by the customer
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
